Illuminate Tactical Scenarios. The groundbreaking Tactician defines maximum versatility. Use it as an everyday carry light or an improvised weapon light — it can tackle either job with authority. Its dual-output LED and MaxVision Beam® reflector create a useful wall of light that fills in the space around you. Hand-tighten its front bezel to set the light to deliver all 800 lumens for longer-range or tactical tasks, or rotate counterclockwise a quarter-turn for 5 lumens — less light equals much more runtime. Either setting can be momentarily activated with a press of the tailcap, or twist tailcap for constant on. It’s a portable powerhouse that adapts to your tactics.

    I bought this to replace an aging 6P. In short, it’s an amazing light. It doesn’t project too far with its intelli-beam but it fills rooms nicely. It has usual Surefire quality. I made one important change.....I replaced the tail cap with a Z68 click switch. It operates easier for me and it now stands up on its own, useful for lighting an area and keeping the bezel cool after running it. The bezel gets quite hot after even a few minutes. Overall, I love the light and would certainly buy it again.

    I've had this light for going on several months now and to say its great is an understatement. Yeah, most may think spending over $100 on a light is too much, but you honestly get what you pay for. Reliability and dependability with this light is unmatched to its competitors. If your looking for a quality light that's indestructible and provides more than enough light, this is it.

    What can I say? This has to be the best Gunfighting/EDC flashlight on the market! For the short time that I have owned it, it has surpassed all expectations. The MaxVision beam puts all the light right were you want it! Surefire and Yeager hit it out of the park with this one! My wife loves hers too! She likes the 5 lumens feature to help her find 'STUFF' in her purse at night without becoming blind! The packaging is nice and it even came with a full set of spare batteries and a lanyard! This is my new favorite EDC flashlight!
