Your Personal Information Is Private
SureFire is serious about protecting our customers’ personal information. You can always browse our website without giving any personal information.

What we collect
To process and ship your order we need your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, billing phone number, shipping phone number, and credit card number. We will e-mail you to confirm your order and keep you updated on your order status. If we have a question about your order, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase. Please understand that we do this for your protection.

To receive emails from SureFire with updates on sales, promotions, and new products, you must subscribe. You can subscribe to the SureFire e-mail updates via links on almost all SureFire website pages. Your email address will not be given, shared, sold, or otherwise divulged to any other person or company entity.
Sweepstakes or Giveaway Information-Sharing Exception
From time to time, SureFire may partner with one or more other companies in a sweepstakes or prize giveaway event. Should you choose to enter said sweepstakes or giveaway event, certain personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address, shall be used by SureFire to contact you regarding new products, promotions, or other news. In addition, such personal information you disclose may be shared with SureFire’s sweepstakes or giveaway event partner or partners.
Contacting SureFire Customer Service
If you contact SureFire customer service, we will use your name, e-mail address, phone number and order history to answer your question or solve your problem quickly. Occasionally we may contact you later to verify information or to check on the quality of your Customer Service contact with SureFire.
