POSITION: DOMESTIC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE


SUMMARY: 

IResponsible for managing assigned domestic accounts. Effectively and efficiently communicate with internal/external customers regarding product/service inquiries, respond to customer e-mails, order processing and have timely responses to customer requests/complaints.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

- Communicate with customers by telephone, in person, e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence to obtain sales orders, order inquiries, changes and modifications, respond to product questions and other related tasks as they arise for pre and post sales and orders.
- Handle a set territory and manage the accounts in their entirety including but not limited to; orders, e-mails and all other communication.
- Emphasizes salable features, quote prices and credit terms, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery for orders obtained by customers to confirm product/services information.
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with customers using database (Epicor), phone calls, e-mails and events to help secure additional business. - - Establish and develop excellent business relationships with fellow employees to create a team environment.
- Monitors the specific territory e-mails and communications ensuring all customers are receiving prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Maintain current account activities, update customer information for reporting purposes and to help manage the sales process by entering information into - SureFire's computer database (Epicor) and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Maintain close communication with the International Regional Sales Managers for specified territory advising of potential sales opportunities/international tenders, product status updates and escalated customer issues.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff by identifying customer concerns to provide quality customer service.
- Communicates with internal Shipping Dept. and contracted freight companies (i.e. research, tracks, and resolves issues related to shipment) by telephone, e-mail, or fax to verify shipment dates.
- Actively make outbound calls to customers to upsell and bring in new orders. Will be held accountable for specific outbound call volumes and sales.
- Handle accounts that have EDI and special requirements.

EDUCATION:

POSITION: CNC OPERATOR, MILL - LOCATED IN RENO


SUMMARY: 

SureFire is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and operate a CNC Vertical and Horizontal Laser Marker while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

- Set up and operate a vertical and horizontal machining center to meet daily production and quality requirements.
- Place material (ie: forging, billet, round bar) to be cut onto the CNC to make precision parts per drawing specification.
- Make necessary changes to tooling, cutting speed/feeds, cutting tool paths, etc under minimum supervision.
- Deburr parts after machining as required.
- Monitor tool life and dimensional characteristics of the product. Replenish tooling as needed.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ability to run more than one machine/production process at a time.
- Must be able to make decisions, communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly on a daily to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION: CNC MILL TURN OPERATOR


SUMMARY: 

CNC Operator produces parts by operating a Mill/Turn Machining Center and Lathe with live tooling while maintaining quality and safety standards.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

- Set up and operate a multi axis machining center and a single spindle lathe with live tooling to meet daily production and quality requirements.
- Cut material to length and place onto the CNC to make precision parts per drawing specification.
- Make necessary changes to tooling, cutting speed/feeds, cutting tool paths, etc. under minimum supervision.
- Deburr parts after machining as required.
- Monitor tool life and dimensional characteristics of the product. Replenish tooling as needed.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Review program and interpret G&M codes prior to machining to prevent machine crashes.
- Must be able to make decisions, communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly on a daily to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

POSITION: CNC LATHE OPERATOR


SUMMARY: 

The CNC Operator produces machined parts by operating a Lathe CNC with live tooling while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance to requirements; following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, ability to run more than one machine/production process at a time.
