Return a product for repair or replacement

To return a SureFire product for repair or replacement, you must first fill out our Product Problem form. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return a product for a refund

To return a product for a refund, call our Customer Service Department at 800-828-8809 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Refund Terms — Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from SureFire. After we receive your item, please allow 10 - 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for an error on our part. If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of any item you are returning, you will receive a credit refund for only the amount charged to your card.
