Return a product for repair, replacement, or refund
To return a product for repair or replacement, call 800-828-8809 and ask for Tech Support. If your product problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not return products without an RMA number!
