- Another Excellent SureFire Product
I own a number of SureFire lights including an M6 that I purchased a number of years ago. My last several SureFire lights have been LED lights and I wanted a light with more power. I purchased another brand rated at 1,000 lumens and although it was bright, the lens cracked within the first week of operation! I realized that I should have spent a little more and gotten the brand that has given me such excellent service in the past. I am in the process of upgrading all my SureFire flashlights and weapons lights to LED models. Please keep working on a green laser that has a long batter life and is not as subject to temperature variations.

I like everything about this light except the flashing when the batteries get lower.

- M6LT Guardian Provides a Sense of Security
Thank you for asking me to review the SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian. Make no mistake about it; I am a huge SUREFIRE fan and at present, I own seven (7) SUREFIRE flashlights. One of these is the original M6 Guardian “Classic.”
Since acquiring my SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian several months ago, I’ve carried it on several nighttime hikes within the deserts of Southern Arizona and the mountainous region that is Northern Arizona. Although my primary carry light on these hikes is the SUREFIRE 110 lumens “Back Up”, I always bring my SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian as my reserve flashlight.
The 900 lumens power and the sharply focused LED bulb encased within the TIR lens of the SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian give me all I need to light up the darkest nights. Friends who accompany me on these hikes always ask if I have “the big light” with me. Yes, I always do.
The shape, texture, total weight and weight distribution of SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian housing are design and engineering perfection. My SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian is comfortable and easy to hold for long periods of time. Additionally, the neck lanyard provides an alternative carry method for the SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian that I often use. The physical properties and performance of my SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian are far superior to competing brands. Equally important is the sense of security my SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian provides me and my loved ones. No matter where I take my SUREFIRE M6LT Guardian, I know I have a light that reaches far into the dark of night.

- M6LT Review
The original M6 was always one of my favourites when massive illumnation power was called for, and the new LT upgrade significantly increases the running time (high on my 'wish list') plus adds a class leading 900 lumens of power. The whole thing feels indestructibly solid and reassuring in the hand.
In short, this is one serious piece of kit, and very highy recommended.

- Awesome spot-light !!
I am avid sailor, and I bought the M6LT flashlight for my boat because I was tired of buying a new $49.95 water-proof incandescent spot-lights every two years, and only finding out the batteries were dead or salt-water corroded at the times I really needed a flashlight. The M6LT has never failed... consistent bright light great for spot-lighting and finding anything (buoy markers, mooring balls, other boats, man-over-board) in the pitch dark. Fully waterproof, I use it in the rain and when salt-water waves are washing over the deck. It's tough... too many drops to count, and it keeps working flawlessly. It's the only spot-light flashlight I need on the boat now.
