- My experience.......
Good product used during a 24-year law enforcement career. Used the older model with incandescent bulb but it always put out a strong beam to reach in to dark corners or blind someone temporarily. Still keep it by my bedside along with other means of self defense.

- P60 Replacement Lamp Assembly
I thought my original lamp assembly was defective and tried to trouble shoot it. Thru the testing I realized one of my batteries was dead as it could be. Ordered the replacement assembly and it was delivered quickly and of course works just fine. This is quality equipment, if you are having problems with this product, contact Surefire first. They can save you some $$$.

- Great Service and Inventory!
My Dad purchased this model through his NRA membership and gave me my flashlight years ago and still, I can buy replacement lamps for this ancient model. I treasure this gift and would be heartbroken if SF ever stopped stocking replacement lamps for this old no longer mde model. The flashlight itself is still in excellent condition and a testament to how well made SF's products are.

Do not use rechargeable LFP 123A batteries with the P60 lamp assembly or with other incandescent illumination tools. See Restrictions below.
The P60 incandescent lamp assembly produces 65 lumens of white light with approximately 1 hour of runtime.
NOTE: SureFire lights that use P60 or P61 lamps can be upgraded to a 120-lumen LED light with twice the tactical runtime (compared to the P60 lamp) or six times the tactical runtime (compared to a P61 lamp) by installing a KX4 or KX4D LED conversion head.
Fits: 6-volt incandescent flashlights and WeaponLights with a 1.25" bezel.
Rechargeable LFP 123A batteries are only to be used to power LED illumination products (built to use 123A lithium batteries) and NOT those featuring incandescent lamps. The initial elevated voltage of these rechargeable batteries, immediately after charging, may cause the filament contained within an incandescent lamp to break or “burn out."
