I like it very much! The only issue is to save battery life, you have to twist the end to the point where if you hit the button it will not turn on. I would like to see some kind of indicator to tell me when I got to that point rather than having to guess and test it by pushing the button. I highly recommend this product.

Great bright little light...I think I have sold at least 4 of these after showing them to friends. I would recommend that you buy the case of batteries as that is the only downside.

The most powerful handheld light I've ever owned for patrol. I like the option for the high/low beams on the light. Coupled with the rechargeable batteries, its a great combination.

The flashlight is excellent the only problem i have is with the batteries that came with it. I was only able to use the flashlight at its highest power for about 15 minutes before the batteries gave out. I've been trying to find replacements(surefire batteries 12 pack) at Gander Mount. but they do not carry them unless i order them through their catalog. The other supplier in my area, according to SureFire, is Walmart, but that is not true--they do not carry SureFire batteries, so my only other option when i can get to it, is to order them from SureFire. Hopefully the next batch (when i order them) are better then the first...

We use this light all the time on the farm. It is a great light that we depend on whenever we are out working at night, looking for livestock or walking on unfamiliar ground in the dark. When we need bright light we depend on SureFire. We own three of them! Best flashlight that money can buy!

500 lumens, dual output, what's not to like? Standard Surefire reliability. Always there when needed. Fifteen lumen mode makes this a much more useful light.

I bought the very first version of this light (yes early adopters are often suckers). The light was bright and well made. I did have some reservations about the low “level” being the first to come on (you double tap for the high level). I personally prefer to have the high/brightest available first and then I can “dim” if needed, but I want to have the bright/stun effect first thing. Unfortunately, this was not how the first version of the Fury came. Months later (and while my light sat in a desk), Surefire came out with several versions (different lighting modes/levels). I attempted to contact them via email/online for weeks…I never got a response. It wasn’t until I contacted the LE POC that anyone responded. They were sympathetic to my issue, but after months (yes months) of emails in the end Surefire was unwilling to do anything (of any significance) to address my issue. They offered me a 10% off “coupon”. I recommend anyone looking at this light (or any Surfire light), look at Streamlight’s LED flashlights. They are well made, very bright and significantly cheaper than most Surefire lights…AND (most of them) use/have Streamlight’s Ten Tap Programmable option (meaning you can choose how it operates).

The P2X Fury, is the best flashlight I have owned. I use it on low power mostly but the high power really reaches out in the night for the occasional night critter visit, which has upset our dogs.

This flashlight is about as good as it gets for a mutii-purpose light. The low/high modes are very useful for nearly anything I have used them for. In low mode, I have fished around in the dark without killing my night vision while camping, hiking, reading a map in the car and rummaging around my backpack while on airplanes. Switching to high is incredibly awesome for lighting up an entire area and I have used this when hiking and heard something prowling, wiring inside computer Data Centers, searching inside the back of my truck and lighting up other areas while doing temporary work. It has traveled with me around the world and has never failed me. Another great Surefire

The P2X Fury uses a high-efficiency, virtually failure-proof LED to deliver your choice of either 15 or 500 lumens of perfectly focused light, the latter qualifying the Fury as a pocket-sized searchlight. The 15-lumen level is excellent for general work at close-to-medium distances, and also lets you greatly extend the runtime per set of batteries, a valuable option when you're miles from civilization. At either setting the high-strength polymer micro-textured reflector delivers a smooth, comparatively wide beam with a brighter central area and generous peripheral light. The Fury is activated with a click-type tailcap switch: press for momentary-on low, press further to click constant-on low; return to off and press or click on again within two seconds for high. The high-strength aerospace aluminum body is smoothly sculpted for a comfortable, secure grip and is hard anodized to military specifications for extreme resistance to scratches, abrasion, and corrosion.
