- Nice light, poor customer service
I bought the very first version of this light (yes early adopters are often suckers). The light was bright and well made. I did have some reservations about the low “level” being the first to come on (you double tap for the high level). I personally prefer to have the high/brightest available first and then I can “dim” if needed, but I want to have the bright/stun effect first thing. Unfortunately, this was not how the first version of the Fury came. Months later (and while my light sat in a desk), Surefire came out with several versions (different lighting modes/levels). I attempted to contact them via email/online for weeks…I never got a response. It wasn’t until I contacted the LE POC that anyone responded. They were sympathetic to my issue, but after months (yes months) of emails in the end Surefire was unwilling to do anything (of any significance) to address my issue. They offered me a 10% off “coupon”. I recommend anyone looking at this light (or any Surfire light), look at Streamlight’s LED flashlights. They are well made, very bright and significantly cheaper than most Surefire lights…AND (most of them) use/have Streamlight’s Ten Tap Programmable option (meaning you can choose how it operates).

- Owner of P2X
The P2X Fury, is the best flashlight I have owned. I use it on low power mostly but the high power really reaches out in the night for the occasional night critter visit, which has upset our dogs.

- Wonderfully reliable and useful multi-purpose flashlight
This flashlight is about as good as it gets for a mutii-purpose light. The low/high modes are very useful for nearly anything I have used them for. In low mode, I have fished around in the dark without killing my night vision while camping, hiking, reading a map in the car and rummaging around my backpack while on airplanes. Switching to high is incredibly awesome for lighting up an entire area and I have used this when hiking and heard something prowling, wiring inside computer Data Centers, searching inside the back of my truck and lighting up other areas while doing temporary work. It has traveled with me around the world and has never failed me. Another great Surefire

- Power plant approved!
We have about 20 P2X Fury's in use in our plant they are tough and do quite well in Industrial use the aluminum bodies don't break and the tail switches seem to hold very well with repeated use between on-off, Hi & Low settings great service with SureFire service as well.

- P2X Fury = Awesome
This flashlight has an amazingly luminous light which is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something that could make what I was looking at seem as if the sun was out, and the P2X Fury does precisely that very effectively. Never had a problem with it and I've had it for about a year now. It's small enough to put in my coveralls front chest pocket which makes it easy to carry with me at all times. I love this flashlight and I'm happy I made the purchase.

I am a Wilderness First Responder and also work with the Boy Scouts of America. I need tools in the wilderness that will be there when I need them the most, and this new model by SureFire is another outstanding quality product, lighting up the dense forested area in pitch black dead of night. I sleep with it in my tent and shoot the beam into the forest during the night to do a quick scan of what is out there. It is light weight, compact, and always with me.

- Worth every penny
I have owned lots of different flashlights but the P2X Fury has everybody that I have shown wanting to buy one. I am a backcountry charter captain in the Florida Keys and I was looking for a pocket-sized, one hand operated flashlight that I could use during night trips into Everglades National Park. This flashlight is it! The two different light options means that I can find the smallest channel markers while still being able to use it while tying lines or looking for items in the boat with out blinding myself or my customers. It is totally worth the price.

- Great for the side table gun safe
I purchased this light for my wife and she keeps it in her bedside table. She loves how small it is for her hands and still puts out a massive amount of light and is still able to go to a lower power if full lighting isn't needed. This is her go to light for when I'm gone working and she gets up to check on our daughter.

** Runtime (at highest setting for multiple-output

The P2X Fury uses a high-efficiency, virtually failure-proof LED to deliver your choice of either 15 or 500 lumens of perfectly focused light, the latter qualifying the Fury as a pocket-sized searchlight. The 15-lumen level is excellent for general work at close-to-medium distances, and also lets you greatly extend the runtime per set of batteries, a valuable option when you're miles from civilization. At either setting the high-strength polymer micro-textured reflector delivers a smooth, comparatively wide beam with a brighter central area and generous peripheral light. The Fury is activated with a click-type tailcap switch: press for momentary-on low, press further to click constant-on low; return to off and press or click on again within two seconds for high. The high-strength aerospace aluminum body is smoothly sculpted for a comfortable, secure grip and is hard anodized to military specifications for extreme resistance to scratches, abrasion, and corrosion.
