SureFire Offers Long-Term Disability Insurance
| Long-Term Disability Insurance offers income replacement if an employee becomes sick, injured, or disabled and is unable to perform regular duties on a full-time or part-time basis. Long-Term Disability income replacement picks up where Short-Term Disability left off. Long-Term Disability is a monthly benefit that allows an employee to be paid up to 60% of basic monthly earnings. These earnings do not include over-time pay, bonus pay, or any other special compensation. Income replacement is subject to reduction by other income. See plan terms for details. |
