SureFire Offers Vision Service Plan (VSP) Discounted Vision Products & Services
This plan is only available to members participating in the Assurant Dental plan. Assurant plan offers several ways to save on Vision needs. With a Member’s ID card, members will receive discounts on frames, lenses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and laser vision services.
Here are some examples of the discounts offered on various Vision products and services.
Immediate savings when using a VSP doctor, may use the discounts as often as needed, no waiting periods, no deductibles, no claim forms to fill out, and toll-free customer service line and website for questions.
VSP provides 20% discount for eye exams
VSP provides 20% discount for complete pair of prescription glasses and spectacle lens options.
VSP provides 15% discount on contact lens exams.
Laser VisionCare
VSP has contracted with many of the nation’s laser surgery facilities and doctors to provide 5% to 15% off PRK and LASIK surgeries, available through contracted laser centers.
