The G2X pro has surpassed all the touted specs. Excellent field and home light. I use it all the time and the batteries are still preforming too. Great, great products.

I've owned several high quality lights, some that cost four times as much as this one; however, this one is just as good as all of them and better then most. The two modes are all that you need and the high beam is perfect, not to dim, and not to bright.

Nice little light
This is a nice little light..about 200 Lumens + or -......the on/off end cap beats the twist on/off cap by miles....the light can use rechargeable batteries (available from SUREFIRE) which will save you quite a few $$$'s if you use the light a lot.....am waiting for SUREFIRE to come up with a 900/1000 Lumen light that is AFFORDABLE..!!....have a off brand light that is 1000 Lumens and it puts out a ton of light BUT the quality/longevity is suspect......this SUREFIRE light has been reliable and easy to use...highly recommend it if you need a small light to carry.

durable and great battery
I bought this light for use in the auto industry as a mechanic. This light falls off my toolbox, out of pockets, gets dropped from 6 feet up and this thing is still going strong. The lens has clouded a little from shop chemicals but that has not affected output. The dual mode switch is perfect, low light when looking at highly reflective surfaces doesn't shine back to much, then bright mode to search in the dark crevasses of the car and engine bay. The battery is claimed to last 2 hours in high output mode, but my experience with the rechargeable batteries is more like a week of use in high output before I recharge. I would without doubt buy this flashlight again. Or for now at least a new bezel

Fourth and more to come
I first purchased your GP2 flashlight in OD green back before the LED models were a big thing. It got stolen, so I purchased a new one just like it except it was led and had more lumens for the same runtime. My wife liked it so much I got her one and it had more lumens than my new one. I then turned around and bought the G2X Pro and I love it. It has an amazing 320 eye blinding lumens and the color and size fit me just right. I don't know how we made it without our surefire lights, I won't buy anything else. For the quality and size they can't be beat. A little pricey', but as the saying goes " You get what you pay for."

Like any other SUREFIRE light it is the best.I do not like having to "click through"the low setting first to get to the high setting. It could be more than i want to do when i need i now. This is my own fault though,i did not understand the operation of the light prior to purchase.Thought it was similar to my other light SUREFIRE L2,where you apply light pressure and get a low light, more pressure and more light.Like i said great lights,i will continue to use SUREFIRE.The tailswitch on this light is not so great.

I have five of your products. As with my latest purchase, your G2X pro meets or exceeds your product description. No malfunctions of any of your lights over my five year experience with your products. Thank you for a dependable product I can count on.

My son gave this to me as a gift. Great light. I have used it outside in -20 fixing snowblower and it now is part of my survival kit in my truck. Tough and it will not roll away if I let it slip and it falls on the ground. Told my son next birthday this will be another great idea.

This is my 4 th.Sure Fire, every one has been better than the last. I really like the 2 level lighting saving batteries and it has great power when needed. The nitrolon body does not conduct electricity when working on automobiles.

The G2X Pro is a compact yet powerful polymer-body flashlight that uses a high-efficiency LEDvirtually immune to failure since there's no filament to burn out or breakto provide two light output levels: a brilliant, penetrating, perfectly pre-focused 320-lumen beam, and a 15-lumen low-output setting that lets you greatly extend the runtime per set of batteries, an invaluable option when you find yourself miles from civilization. Press the tailcap switch for momentary-on low, press further to click constant-on low, return to off and press or click on again within two seconds for high. The tough Nitrolon® polymer body is smoothly sculpted for a comfortable, secure grip and resists scratches, abrasion, and corrosion. A polycarbonate micro-textured reflector delivers a comparatively wider beam with generous peripheral light. We also make an aerospace aluminum-body version of this light, the 6PX Pro, and a single-output version with a tactical tailcap switch, the G2X Tactical.
