Rirght light for the job.
I purchased this light over a year ago and the time has allowed me to understand how good it really is for what I use it for. As an officer in a maximum security prison, I use my SureFire every night for tier checks, cell & security searches, and perimeter walks. I get a lot of use out of it and I am also impressed with the battery life. The two brightness settings are really necessary in my line of work.

The right light at the right time
I like the fact that you have a low intensity beam to start and and high intensity beam with a slight push to really brighten things up. The low beam is perfect in most situations when it is real dark out.

SUREFIRE is a premium product.
I have 3 SUREFIRE flashlights and enjoy them all so much that I give the G2X Pro as gifts to those that I think will enjoy them too. Without exception, they have all been enthusiastically received.

G2X Pro - a great flashlight
This is my third Surefire light - and the brightest on both low and high output and best price of them all. On-line order went smoothly, and shipped as promised.

G2X pro Dual-Output LED
I now have G2L-YL, Saint HS1-A-BK, 6PX Pro Dual Output, and a G2X Pro $70 Dual Output, which I just got. All these lights are fantastic, come in a small easy to carry and hold size and shape, never fail and produce extremely bright lights with batteries that seem to last forever. I like the newer Dual-Output feature on the newer light. I will never get any other flashlights unless SureFire does not have what I need.

Great flashlight for the size. Have 3 and may order one more. However very slow on the order for this last one did not get a tracking number for about 2 weeks and it was delivered in about 3 weeks.
Have patience with Surefire.

I have been looking at Surefire for quite a long time and researched many, many lights. But when you came out with the dual mode, with 320 lumen, you won me over and I was not disappointed. Just and all round well engineered and well made piece of equipment!!!
I do think that the communications during shipping, could be ironed out a bit, about emailing when shipped etc.
But great piece of equipment. Keep up the great work!!!!

Love the dual modes: The same light lets me read a menu or menu without blinding everyone around and illuminates all local varmint varieties at 50 yards or more. As with any tactical tool, practice: Going to bright mode flawlessly in a stressful setting will take some muscle memory development.

I have the early version of this flashlight that I paid $170.00 for. This is way brighter and way cheaper! Best all around for the cost!

Just like my other six Surefires, some of which are ten years old, a solid quality product at a fair price.
The increase in lumens over the years in the same size light is truly fantastic!
