Keeping Bad Guys at Bay

SUREFIRE, your product really saved my a#@. While working guard duty in a high-crime area here in Anchorage, I was doing my hourly foot patrol of the exterior of the building. It was dark and cold out, and I was walking around the backside of the building when I was approached by two intoxicated males who started to harass me, calling me "super cop" and threatening me with bodily harm.
I approached the two individuals, informing them to leave the property. They both got even more hostile and approached me with their fists raised, screaming and slurring insults at me. I immediately drew my SureFire and flashed the two males in the face with the super-bright LED beam from my light. They both raised their hands to protect their eyes; that's when I tackled one of the individuals (the bigger of the two) and placed him in handcuffs. The other one began attacking me while I was on the ground, so I hit him in the eyes with the beam again, which caused him to back up, giving me enough time to take out his legs and take him down. After a quick scuffle, I placed him in hand restraints and called the police with my cell. The cops were there in minutes and took custody of the two individuals.
