We can think of no greater honor than to know that when the men and women of our nation's armed forces put their lives on the line, they choose SureFire flashlights to accompany them into battle. Here are their accounts of how SureFire's products fared in the face of danger.

I was a .50-cal machine gunner doing security convoys in Iraq during operation OIF. Our vehicle's floodlight, which we used to spot IEDS in the roadway, blew out, so I took out my M6® Guardian® and used it as a flood light for twenty minutes while the co-driver tried to repair the light. We would have been in blackness and almost certainly would have hit an IED if not for my M6. I'm convinced that it saved our lives.
