for attaching or removing license plates. A low-profile flex-cuf cutter, which snaps neatly into the frame when not in use, cuts through both flex-cufs
and zip-ties, and a strong, reversible pocket clip keeps the L.E.O. positioned in your pocket or tac vest the way you're most comfortable with, so you
can get it out smoothly and quickly.
