Cruel & Unusual Punishment
No ordinary flashlight should be expected to endure this kind of abuse. And SureFire is certainly no ordinary flashlight.

Good thing my SureFire C3 Centurion® flashlight is as hard as diamonds. After subduing a subject on a drug raid with the SRT team, another team member and I were securing a suspect. He began to get a little squirrely, so I placed my C3 on the hood of a cruiser to help the guy into a pair of bracelets. Afterwards, unbeknownst to me, my C3 rolled off the hood of the cruiser and landed on the ground, where the cruiser ran over it. I picked up my light, clicked the tailcap a few times, and smiled broadly when it worked good as new.
We hit three more houses that night, and my C3 never failed me. What a light.
