Keeping Bad Guys at Bay
See how SureFire is taking away the cover of darkness from bad guys who go bump in the night.
Bright Beam Busts Thief
I was doing some volunteer work in Suphanburi Thailand. I was helping a private elementary school do some building and curriculum development. We had an intruder break into one of the property houses for guests, and I got a call to grab my tools and head over there to fix the bars on the doors and windows, which had been cut and pried off. So I grabbed my little tool ditty bag, which contains a SureFire G2®.

The police arrived and started combing the woods about 100 yards beyond the house. They had one truck-mounted spotlight that they were using from the road, and the officer on foot had a huge flashlight with a six-inch reflector and a motorcycle battery hooked up to it, which barely lit the wood line. I pulled out my little G2 and gave them 65 lumens of support. It turned some heads, to say the least.

Long story short: three guys were caught, and an additional four were later taken in as accomplices, all thanks to SureFire.
