| 6P is an Old Friend |
I purchased a 6P® Original over 20 years ago; I was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina at the time. This flashlight was a daily carry item, and it accompanied me to Korea, Japan, Germany, England, Mexico, Iraq, Canada, Africa, and France. It has been exposed to -65° F while in northern Alaska, and over 120° while in Phoenix. It has repeatedly been exposed to fresh and salt water, dropped on concrete, survived dozens of parachute jumps, endured combat, and has performed wonderfully. It has digested hundreds of batteries, several elements, and six holsters. It is now semi-retired, since I've purchased 30 more SureFire products since, but it remains one of my most valued objects. I constantly receive offers to buy it, but I would not trade it for its weight in gold. My 6P is a dear old, battle-scarred friend.
