These batteries work well, but most have such a soft negative end plate that they collapse and then won't charge due to lack of contact to the charger terminals. The lithium batteries seem to last 2-3 times longer than a typical charge, but overall it's much cheaper to recharge and have a spare set on hand.

- Terrible charge
I charged these batteries like I was suppose to but the batteries don't keep a charge very well. I have to charge them after just 20 minutes of use. I am very mad about this because I paid way too much for batteries that have to be constantly recharged

I have found great success withis product. As a professional security contractor, I rely on these on an hourly basis. The name Surefire alone, carries a great deal of expectation. These batteries indeed live up to the name that " Surefire ", implies. I highly recommend this product for any operator, or for ANY other day to day user in need of the finest illumination tools, and ancillary products which are needed to get the job done. KRUSHER.

I bought these for duty work and they work great with my Surefire 6P LED light. The downside is that they will not work in my pistol tac light. I contact Surefire about the issue, and they told me that they were not the same specs as commercial batteries, and they were probably a mm or two shorter, and thus more might not work in other items. That is fine with me as I rarely use my tac light, but use my flashlight multiple times a night. I have had two sets of batteries that get rotated as needed from charger to light, and they have been running strong for over a year now. I know that one set has even been through the washer with the light. You would never tell other than they were cleaner. Great products all around.

- Rechargeable batteries
Haven't used them or the charger yet, but I'm will when I run out of the throw away $$$ batteries. It will save a lot of money especially as fast as I go through them. Great product and good idea..

- Worth it
I bought these batteries and the charger at the first of 2013 and they are well worth the money spent if you have a LED light and use it a lot. I carry what's in my light and a set of spares wherever I go and I use it a lot. I couldn't afford the 123 cells that I would have gone through by now. If you have a LED light, buy these.

- especially SureFire customer support
I am well pleased with SureFire batteries, and I use both kinds. Have two sets of rechargeables with charger that keep me up and running. My tac lite is truly great. Needed servicing, great turn around time and well pleased.

- Surefire rechargeable batteries
They save me lot of money but definitely do not last as long as a non-rechargeable battery. I would definitely buy again. I use my 200 lumen light every day and these sure save a bunch!

Do not use LFP 123A batteries with incandescent illumination tools. See Restrictions below.
These two LFP 123A lithium-phosphate rechargeable batteries—which retain approximately 50% of their original capacity even after 500 charging cycles—will power SureFire illumination tools that use disposable 123A lithium batteries. The runtime of these LFP 123A lithium-phosphate batteries is about 50% of that provided by disposable 123A lithium batteries; maximum output levels are typically not affected. Use of these rechargeable batteries can result in a cost savings over time, depending on usage habits. Recharge only with AC/DC charger included with SF2R-KIT01, sold separately.
- LFP 123A lithium-phosphate rechargeable batteries provide hundreds of charging cycles
- Use of LFP 123A batteries can result in cost savings over time, compared to disposable 123A lithium batteries
- AC/DC charger sold separately
Warning: As with disposable 123A lithium batteries, do not mix rechargeable LFP 123A lithium-phosphate batteries with other types or brands of batteries, including but not limited to 123A lithium batteries.
Rechargeable LFP 123A batteries are only to be used to power LED illumination products (built to use 123A lithium batteries) and NOT those featuring incandescent lamps. The initial elevated voltage of these rechargeable batteries, immediately after charging, may cause the filament contained within an incandescent lamp to break or “burn out."
